The Children’s Day celebration for the academic year 2025–26 was held on 14th November 2025 with great enthusiasm and joy. A special assembly was joyfully conducted by our dear teachers to make the day more special for the children. The event commenced with a welcome address by Ms. S. Haroon and Ms. Rumela, they extended warm greetings to the esteemed guests, management, teachers, and students. The significance of Children’s Day and the values cherished by Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru, whose birthday is commemorated on this day was comprehensively elaborated by the teachers. A floral tribute was offered in reverence to our first Prime Minister who was deeply fond of children.

A graceful prayer dance was followed by prayers for children, parents,   management, and staff setting the divine tone of the day. 

The major highlight of the celebration was a skit titled “The Magic Within – Be Your Own Genie,” which was wonderfully enacted by the teachers. Through engaging dialogue, humour, and music, the skit beautifully conveyed the message of inner strength and determination which are possessed by all and are vital for shaping one's destiny. 

The celebration continued with vibrant dance performances and a melodious medley of group songs lovingly presented by the teachers, which filled the atmosphere with energy, melody, and joy.

The programme concluded with an inspirational address by the Manager, Rev. Sr. Sumita, who motivated the students to nurture their talents, work with sincerity, and spread kindness. The event ended with the pledge and the National Anthem instilling a sense of pride and unity among all present.

The Children’s Day celebration was a delightful and memorable occasion, reflecting the affection of the teachers towards their students and reaffirming the belief that every child carries within them the spark of magic capable of lighting up the world.
