On February 4th, the Friends of Mary Ward teachers’ activity was clubbed together with the students’ activity with the intention of expressing solidarity to our foundress Mother Mary Ward and to carry her golden legacy forward.
The students showed their creativity and resourcefulness by making exquisite articles using old and unused materials. The final creations were put on exhibition in honour of our foundress and her beliefs and values. This kindled in the students the desire to work hard and put forward their best. This activity helped them to reflect upon the noble qualities of a woman who truly was a blessing of God to humanity.
The school put up an exhibition of the articles created by the imaginative students on Tuesday, February 7th. The exhibition was open to the students, teachers and sisters. It was visited by our respected Principal Sr. Jyoti, Sr. Sumita and community sisters which further boosted the moral of the students involved in its preparation. It was an excellent display of art, creativity, team work and admiration for our foundress.
